How do I change the filters on my FoodCycler?

Remove the charcoal canister from the FoodCycler.
Pour out the old activated charcoal over a sink or towel to avoid a mess from spillage.
Pour the new activated charcoal pellets into the canister.
Close the canister, and reinstall it into the FoodCycler.

Do carbon filters eliminate all smells?

Yes, our carbon filter refill will eliminate all odors for approximately 500 cycle hours. If you detect any odor, use a charcoal filter refill pack to return to odorless food waste recycling.
