Protected by a Standard 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipment email. This warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover malfunctions caused by user error (including improper use or treatment beyond the guidelines in the Eco 5 User Manual).

Methane gas is emitted during the decomposition process of organic materials in an anaerobic ("no air") environment. Methane is 30 times more insulative of atmospheric heat than CO₂, and is therefore a huge contributing force to global climate change.
