Order Processing: 

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way and to provide order tracking. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping

FoodCycler® offers free shipping for purchases over $80.00 USD in value (before tax) in the United States, and $100.00 CAD in value (before tax) in Canada. 

Flat Shipping Rate

For purchases valued beneath $80.00 USD/$100.00 CAD, we offer a flat shipping rate of 14.99 USD in the United States and 15.99 CAD in Canada. This shipping rate is inclusive of North America. We do not ship internationally.  

Damaged In Transit

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@foodcycler.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address shipping damage on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with you.
