Order Processing: 

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way and to provide order tracking. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping

FoodCycler® ships to Canada and the United States. Some territories may require additional shipping fees. We do not ship internationally. 

Free Shipping

USA:  FoodCycler® offers free shipping for purchases over $80.00 USD in value (before tax) in the continental United States except for Alaska. 

Canada: FoodCycler® offers free shipping for purchases over $100.00 CAD in value (before tax) in Canada.

Flat Shipping Rate

For orders valued under the shipping threshold of $80.00 USD/$100.00 CAD, we offer a flat shipping rate of 14.99 USD in the continental United States (except for Alaska), and 15.99 CAD in Canada. This shipping rate is inclusive of North America.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and other U.S. territories is available at actual shipping cost. Please contact Customer Service at support@foodcycler.com for a quote.

Damaged In Transit

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@foodcycler.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address shipping damage on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with you.
