Shipping & Warranties


For customers who purchased directly through FoodCycler® (via online ads or our online store at prior to July 15th 2020, we provide a standard One Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase for all FoodCycler® products and accessories. For those who purchased a Two Year Extended Warranty, the additional year of protection will apply from the date of purchase to the end of the two year term.

To process warranty claims, our Customer Support Team must verify that there is a manufacturer's defect / malfunction. Proof of purchase from FoodCycler® is also required to process a warranty claim.


For customers who purchased through FoodCycler® (via online ads or our online store at prior to July 15th 2020, returns and replacements of defective items (as determined by the FoodCycler® Customer Support Team) will be processed directly through FoodCycler®. Please use the Contact Us page to get in touch.

As of January 1st 2019, you may request a return label for any reason within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order to process a partial refund. FoodCycler® will refund the original purchase amount, minus a $99.00 Processing Fee to offset the costs of shipping and processing the unwanted unit. This refund minus the processing fee will be issued once the returning item has been received and inspected by FoodCycler® (approximately ten business days). Please be advised that credit card refunds may take up to ten business days to process.


As of July 15th 2020, all accessories must be purchased through the Vitamix Online Store in North America. Links are available on our product pages and in our site footer.

FoodCycler® will no longer be selling accessories directly.


For customers who have purchased a FoodCycler® unit, a FoodCycler® by Vitamix unit, or a FoodCycler® accessory through Vitamix Corporation, all shipping queries, warranties, refunds, returns and replacements will be processed by Vitamix directly. Please visit for more information.
