The Eco 5 bucket holds up to 5 liters of food scraps. When it’s full, simply run the cycle to break the food waste down into Foodilizer®, a dry, nutrient-rich soil amendment.

How frequently does the Eco 5 FoodCycler bucket need to be cleaned?

In general, we recommend cleaning out the bucket every few cycles or if you notice residue buildup.

Is cleaning the Eco 5 bucket difficult?

Not at all! You can clean the bucket in a matter of seconds with the food waste brush, and removing food waste debris from the filter manually is a breeze. Although washing the bucket in a dishwasher isn’t typically necessary, the bucket is dishwasher safe, too.

How do I use the FoodCycler InfinityBrush?
