Warranty Policy
FoodCycler® FC-30™ and Bucket: Protected by a Standard Three-Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of product delivery, based on the shipment confirmation email, inclusive of all manufacturer's defects or product malfunctions not caused by user error (product uses and treatment beyond recommended product use as detailed by the FC-30™ User Manual.) Please note that only defects such as broken Bucket components and/or a leaking Bucket are protected by Warranty.

Please note that only defects such as broken Bucket components and/or a leaking Bucket are protected by Warranty.
FoodCycler® Accessories: FoodCycler accessories that are intended to be used and replaced, such as Carbon Refill Pellets, are not covered by Warranty.
Buckets purchased separately are protected by a Three Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
To process warranty claims, our Customer Support Team must verify that there is a manufacturer's defect/malfunction. Proof of purchase from FoodCycler® is required to process a warranty claim. For more information on product Warranty, please contact support@foodcycler.com.
Please note: Warranties are valid for products purchased through www.foodcycler.com, Amazon.com and/or Amazon.ca as of 12:01am on July 22nd, 2024. Warranties cannot be transferred or used in conjunction with FoodCycler products bought on other sites or via a subsidized FoodCycler Municipal or Hauler Program in either US or Canada. Purchases made on sites other than www.foodcycler.com are subject to their own Terms of Purchase and Conditions.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
30-Day Easy Return & Refund Period: 30-Day Easy Return & Refund Period: Customers who have purchased products from FoodCycler via www.foodcycler.com after 12:01am on July 22nd 2024, may request a return label and full refund for any reason within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order, excluding purchases of carbon products. All requests for refunds must be processed by the Customer Support Team at support@foodcycler.com. Units returned without prior authorization from the Customer Support Team will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued once the returning item has been received and inspected by FoodCycler®. Please be advised that refunds made to credit cards may take a while to process and appear in your account.
Product Replacements: FoodCycler will provide a replacement product for any warrantied items purchased directly from FoodCycler at www.foodcycler.com or through our official Amazon storefronts: the Food Cycler Amazon Store and the Vitamix Amazon Store, provided the item is deemed defective within the applicable warranty period by the FoodCycler Customer Support Team.
Purchases made through third-party Amazon sellers who are not part of our official storefronts are not eligible for warranty support or replacements. These purchases fall outside the scope of our quality control and authorized sales channels and are therefore not covered under our warranty policy.
We encourage customers to dispose of malfunctioning units responsibly. If electronic waste recycling is not available in your area, please contact us to arrange proper disposal. FoodCycler will cover the cost of shipping the replacement unit to you, and our Customer Support Team will provide confirmation once it has been shipped.
Refunds: Only products purchased from the FoodCycler website, www.foodcycler.com, directly within the 30-Day Easy Return & Refund window are applicable for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of purchase. Please be advised that refunds made to credit cards may take a while to process and to appear in your account.
Products purchased through Vitamix®
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR VITAMIX FOODCYCLER WARRANTY: Effective January 1st, 2025, warranty service for Vitamix x FoodCycler products will transition from Vitamix to Food Cycle Science, FoodCycler's parent company. Please contact our customer service at support@foodcycler.com for any questions.
For customers who have already purchased a FoodCycler unit, a FoodCycler by Vitamix unit, or a FoodCycler accessory through Vitamix Corporation till December 31st, 2024, all shipping queries, refunds, returns will be processed by Vitamix. Please visit Vitamix.com for further information or contact our customer service at support@foodcycler.com.
Products purchased through Amazon
Only products purchased directly from the official FoodCycler Amazon Store or Vitamix Amazon Store are eligible for warranty coverage and customer support through Food Cycle Science.
Purchases made through third-party sellers on Amazon that are not part of our official storefronts are not considered authorized and are not eligible for warranty service or support. We strongly recommend verifying the seller before purchasing to ensure your product is covered.
